What size bandana/bib should I choose for my pet?
Please measure your pet’s neck circumference first. Our pet bibs are adjustable with straps, suitable for most small‑medium dogs and cats. Refer to our size chart for detailed neck‑girth reference before ordering.
Are these pet bibs adjustable?
Yes. Most of our pet bandanas & bibs come with adjustable ties, you can loosen or tighten it for a comfortable fit for your furry friend.
What materials are the pet bibs made of?
Our pet bibs are mainly made of soft cotton‑blend fabric, lightweight, skin‑friendly and breathable for daily wear.
Can I wash the pet bandana?
Machine washable on gentle cycle or hand wash with cold water. We recommend air‑dry to keep pattern and fabric in good condition, do not bleach.
Does one order include 1 piece or a set?
Please check the product title & variant options. Some items are sold as single piece, some are sold as sets with multiple bibs.
Can puppies/kittens wear these bibs?
Suitable for young pets under supervision. Please make sure the tie is not too tight, avoid risk of tangling. Never leave pets unattended while wearing accessories.
What if the bib does not fit my pet?
If the size does not match, please refer to our return & exchange policy. Kindly double‑check neck circumference before placing your order.
Are the patterns on bibs the same as pictures?
All products are real‑shot. Slight pattern offset may exist due to fabric cutting. Color may have minor difference caused by different screen displays.
What should I do if some parts of the bib arrive damaged?
Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving your parcel, attach clear photos of damaged items, we will handle your case accordingly.
Can the bib get wet when my pet goes swimming?
It is not designed for long‑time water exposure. Prolonged soaking may damage fabric and prints. Please remove it before swimming or bathing.
Can I return opened / washed pet bibs?
Washed or used items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please read our return policy fully.
